About The Position

The Human Resources Intern will support key HR initiatives with a focus on team member engagement survey coordination, record digitization, and recruiting assistance. This role offers hands-on experience and meaningful project work in a professional HR environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in Human Resources and team member engagement

Responsibilities

  • Support team member engagement survey administration, tracking participation and organizing results
  • Assist with post-survey follow-up, documentation, and action tracking
  • Digitize and organize HR records in compliance with confidentiality and retention requirements
  • Provide recruiting support, including resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed
