About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Human Resources Intern to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for a student interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the team in areas such as recruiting, candidate experience, onboarding, HR systems, employee engagement, and HR analytics. This is a unique opportunity to learn how HR supports a high-growth technology organization while collaborating with teams across the company. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, data-driven, and eager to learn, while contributing to initiatives that support our employees and company culture.

Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate student with GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
Rising Junior or Senior preferred
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition as a career path
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Support Talent Acquisition efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruiting pipelines
Assist with candidate sourcing and job posting management across recruiting platforms
Help support new hire onboarding processes and documentation
Maintain and update candidate and employee data in HR systems
Support HR team initiatives related to employee engagement and internal communications
Help prepare presentations, reports, and HR documentation
Assist with coordination of HR projects
