About The Position

What will you do? Interns will be assigned various projects that may include: Apply statistical management techniques in analyzing data Research and respond to inquiries from internal/external partners Assemble reports and data to compile presentations for internal and/or external purposes Develop business acumen Other general administrative support duties as assigned What do you need to succeed? Junior or Senior (Graduation dates between Dec 2026 – May 2027) with a degree in Human Resource Management, Development or Operation, or a related discipline Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to review, analyze, and manipulate data Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting Strong interest in financial services industry Leadership experience Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • Junior or Senior (Graduation dates between Dec 2026 – May 2027) with a degree in Human Resource Management, Development or Operation, or a related discipline
