About The Position

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to: Learn from our experienced HR team and gain valuable insights into the recruitment and training/development process Organize and manage logistics for training events, workshops, and employee engagement activities Collect and store data from training records and provide administrative support Help design, develop, and deliver training materials, courses, and plans Work closely with other departments to align talent development with organizational goals Coordinate job fairs, community events, presentations, interviews, pre-screens, drug screens and background checks. Post job advertisements on various job boards in accordance with company standards Assist with building the employees recruitment file in compliance with the organizational standards Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records Assist with other HR related tasks as needed and contribute to the overall success of our HR department

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor’s of science degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Products
  • The availability to work onsite 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship which will be from May through August 2026.

Responsibilities
