Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program preferably in Human Resource Administration or Management
  • Must be able to read, write, listen, speak, and understand English
  • Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Have the ability to work independently, be dependable, and maintain confidential information, integrity and composure at all times
  • Communicate effectively with all individuals internal and external to the organization
  • Be adaptable/flexible to changing work assignments
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to multitask, compose correspondence and other documentation in a professional manner, express ideas constructively, use judgment in decision making and use creativity, persistence, persuasion and negotiation when necessary to accomplish necessary duties
  • Must actively listen to others, coach/instruct others, manage time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify/judge the urgency of a situation
  • Display a cooperative attitude, read, understand and follow all company, job specific and safety policies/procedures, and attend/use all required training

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR and HR Shared Services with day-to-day responsibilities that help support the various businesses
  • Assist with recruiting activities
  • Assist with Talent Management and Performance Management activities
  • Lead HR and HR Shared Services projects
  • Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
