About The Position
Human Resources Intern DeWys Manufacturing | Marne, MI At DeWys Metal Solutions, we believe our people are our greatest strength. Our Summer Internship Program provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing while supporting our commitment to developing the next generation of talent. This project-oriented internship allows students to contribute to real workforce development and HR initiatives while seeing the results of their work. Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in workforce development and employee engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting efforts including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and internship program support
- Support workforce development initiatives such as training programs and employee development activities
- Assist with HR data tracking and reporting related to hiring, retention, and engagement
- Participate in onboarding and employee experience initiatives
- Support internal communications and HR documentation projects
