Internship Overview The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, including team member relations, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance. This internship provides exposure to real-world HR operations while supporting a growing organization. What You’ll Gain Practical HR experience in a fast-growing organization. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Interest in employment law, including FMLA, ACA, and OSHA.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Team Member Relations & Engagement Observe HR-led coaching and conflict resolution discussions.
  • Assist with team-building initiatives and analyze team member feedback to support engagement and retention.
  • Help administer the tuition assistance program.
  • Training, Development & Succession Support the review and update of training materials with department leaders.
  • Assist with career pathing and workforce planning initiatives to support company growth.
  • Total Rewards: Benefits & Compensation Assist with benefits administration, including vendor reporting, FMLA, accommodations, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and garnishments.
  • Legal Compliance & HR Operations Gain exposure to OSHA, EEOC, and FLSA compliance processes.
  • Support HRIS accuracy through audits and data maintenance in a paperless environment.
  • Guest Service Training Learn how team member engagement and HR policies support frontline guest service excellence.
