About The Position

This requires you to move beyond conventional thinking and traditional marketing approaches to build that narrative and establish an ownable position for your brand. We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and assist with day-to-day functions. The Intern program is a full-time, 4-month-long position with the opportunity for extension and advancement within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint .
  • Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn about HR within an agency setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship or work experience in HR, preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports new‑hire onboarding by confirming completion of required document acknowledgments, verifying I‑9 documentation through E‑Verify in ADP Workforce Now
  • Continuous maintenance of I‑9 documents
  • Creates employee payroll profiles in ADP with accuracy
  • Assists employees with ADP account access, including initial enrollment and password support and resets
  • Processes unemployment insurance claim forms accurately and in a timely manner
  • Completes verification of employment (VOE) requests and prepares employment verification letters accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reviews BambooHR PTO requests and notifications
  • Reviews and audits timesheets in to ensure accuracy in compliance with company policy and applicable law
  • Monitors and processes sick-time requests received
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information
  • Contributes positively to agency culture, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and discretion with all employee information.
  • Accurately records time and activities in agency systems.
