We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team and support various HR functions throughout the year! Join us for an enriching internship opportunity at our Headquarters location in Springfield, MO. This year-round internship begins in March 2026 and continues into 2027, with potential course credit available. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with administration of employee benefit plans (health, retirement, and ancillary programs)
  • Supporting our employee well-being initiatives, including program coordination and communications
  • Helping plan and coordinate retirement information sessions
  • Assisting with preparation and logistics for the annual Health Fair
  • Supporting Learn at Lunch sessions, including scheduling, materials, and promotion
  • Assisting with benefit communications and employee education efforts
  • Supporting annual enrollment activities and related projects
  • Opportunities to participate in additional HR and Benefits initiatives
