[ EdgeConneX is looking for summer interns. This will be a paid, 10-week internship from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026 ] We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Intern to work closely with our team on different areas of HR. To be successful as a n HR Intern, you should have great communication skills, be highly organized, and learn quickly how to prioritize . This position has a hybrid schedule (in-office/home) and reports to the Director of Global Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, ability to work as part of a team, and work effectively in a hybrid schedule.
  • Eager to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or studying towards a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Support compliance efforts, audits, and other ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis around HR policies and initiatives.
  • Partner with Employee Experience and Development to support employee resource groups, engagement initiatives, internal communications, and presentations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support Talent Acquisition as needed, including by preparing offer letters and increasing usage of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry and template preparation.
