As an HR Intern, you'll play an important role in creating a smooth and positive experience for employees and leaders. On a typical day, you may help coordinate interviews, support onboarding tasks, assist with employee programs, update documentation, or work with HR team members on projects that improve processes and communication. You'll gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations support, benefits/wellness, HR operations, and data work. You'll collaborate closely with leaders and HR teammates, learn how decisions are made, and contribute to a culture that values professionalism, service, and continuous improvement.
