We are looking for an HR Intern interested in starting a career at our Park Ridge NJ location. Overview: Assist the HR team in talent management, associate relations, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure a smooth associate lifecycle. Support the recruiting team by driving adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices to improve talent acquisition productivity. Support HRIS (Human Resources Information System) activities, including associate data management and ensure accurate and timely updates across the system. Assist Learning & Development initiatives to design, coordinate, and track programs that enhance associate skills and org-wide capabilities. Contribute to associate experience efforts and internal communications, helping to improve engagement, onboarding, and overall workplace culture.
