Our Summer Internship Program is a transformative experience designed to help you grow, connect, and take the next step in your professional journey. The Human Resources Team serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing consultative support that aligns talent strategies with organizational goals. HR professionals work closely with leaders across departments to address workforce needs, drive employee engagement, and support performance and development initiatives. The team leverages data, systems, and insights to guide decision-making and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth As an HR Intern, you'll gain exposure to the core responsibilities of an HR Business Partner, including strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You'll support projects that enhance onboarding, benefits communication, and reporting, while learning how HR contributes to business outcomes. By the end of the internship, you'll have a foundational understanding of HR business partnership, practical experience with reporting and systems, and a strategic lens on how HR supports organizational success.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
  • Rising Junior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2027- Spring 2028)
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

  • Administrative Accuracy-Attention to detail when managing documents, tracking data, or preparing reports.
  • Presentation Skills- Ability to create clear, engaging decks for internal audiences (e.g., benefits overviews, orientation materials).
  • Basic HR Knowledge or Interest- Familiarity with or interest in HR topics like employee engagement, benefits, compliance, and generalist duties.
  • Customer Service Mindset- A helpful, service-oriented approach when interacting with employees or supporting HR inquiries
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Preferred Majors: Business, HR

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and logistics for New Employee Orientation.
  • Help create and revise materials that communicate employee benefits.
  • Learn and support the Leave of Absence (LOA) process.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data organization using tools like Workday.
  • Analyze people metrics and survey data to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Shadow HR generalists and business partners to observe how HR supports business units.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
