The Asplundh Summer Internship Program is designed to accelerate your growth and open doors to future career opportunities in the utility and vegetation management industry. Over 11 weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to industry best practice while contributing to projects that make a real impact. You’ll collaborate with supportive managers and peers, participate in professional development sessions, and build connections that last well beyond the summer. As an HR Intern, you will participate in a rotational program that provides hands-on experience across key Human Resources functions, including HR Business Partnerships, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Information Systems, and Learning & Development. You will support real business initiatives, assist with core HR processes, and gain exposure to how HR strategies, technology, and operations work together to support organizational goals. This internship offers the opportunity to develop a broad HR skillset while collaborating with HR leaders and cross-functional partners.
