The Enterprise Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern. In this role, you will assist the Intern Program Team in the planning and execution of the Intern Program with an emphasis on the summer intern experience. You will assist with program operations and communications, intern event execution, intern cohort and survey data analysis, and more. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of project management, event planning and execution, talent acquisition, and data analysis applied in human resources or program management environment.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior or Psychology, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Familiar with talent acquisition principles, practices, and technologies
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel during the internship up to 20% to support enterprise talent acquisition meetings and initiatives which could include intern program support, recruiting events, and campus engagements
