This role includes maintaining system performance, managing data accuracy and integrity, and customizing the system to align with the organization’s specific needs, including workflows, reporting, and integration with other business systems. The HRIS Administrator also provides technical support and training to end-users, develops custom reports and dashboards for HR analytics, and leads or assists in HRIS-related projects such as system upgrades and process improvements. The Administrator must ensure compliance with data protection regulations, manage API integrations, and coordinate with IT and HR teams to implement upgrades and maintain secure and efficient HRIS operations.
