Come join us and be a part of our journey.A Brief OverviewThe HRIS Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and optimization of the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role ensures that HRIS processes and systems effectively support HR functions, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that HRIS systems are integrated, accurate, and aligned with business needs. This role will also be responsible for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations. This role will also support the administration of the company's learning management system (LMS) and employee engagement platform.

Requirements

  • Dayforce experience is Required
  • 4-6 years with Dayforce, HCM preferred (Required)
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms and functionality, including system maintenance and optimization. (High proficiency)
  • Ability to manage and analyze HR data, generate reports, and create actionable insights for HR leadership. (High proficiency)
  • Expertise in troubleshooting HRIS-related issues and ensuring smooth system functionality. (High proficiency)
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and the ability to manage HRIS data security protocols. (High proficiency)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills. (High proficiency)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders. (High proficiency)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. (High proficiency)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. (High proficiency)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • HRIS certifications or related training (Preferred)
  • 4-6 years managing HRIS systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. (Preferred)
  • 4-6 years understanding of HR processes and workflows, including payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, reporting and talent management. (Preferred)
  • 4-6 years creating custom reports and dashboards/data visualization (e.g., Power BI). (Preferred)
  • 4-6 years managing system integrations, updates, and troubleshooting. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with HR and business objectives.
  • Implement and manage HRIS updates, enhancements, and integrations with other systems to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Support the learning system and employee engagement platform with configuration/set-up through execution of training/surveys, including day-to-day system/platform support.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HRIS systems, performing regular audits and validations.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards/data visualization to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide ad hoc reports for HR leadership and other departments as needed.
  • Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting user issues, and providing system support.
  • Create and maintain user guides and documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.
  • Ensure HRIS data security and privacy protocols are followed, maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay up to date with HRIS best practices and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with internal audit teams to support compliance audits and data governance.
  • Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects aimed at improving system functionality, streamlining processes, or implementing new features.
  • Work with external vendors and IT teams to assess, test, and implement new HRIS features or third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth integration between HRIS and other HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, reporting and talent management).
  • Stay informed on trends and innovations in HRIS technologies and make recommendations for system improvements.
  • Maintain HRIS configuration and setup for new system features, modules, and applications.
  • Participate in vendor selection and relationship management for HRIS-related services.
