We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR Operations and HRIS functions during a temporary coverage period. This role is operational and systems-focused, supporting onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS administration. This position does not handle employee relations or payroll processing and requires someone who can work independently in a fully onsite environment while partnering closely with a Maryland-based HR team.
