This role reports to the CFO and serves as a key partner in delivering high-quality People Operations support across a multi-state workforce within a consulting environment. This position partners closely with employees and leadership to drive an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. The HR Generalist is responsible for core HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, full cycle recruiting, compliance, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing processes and building relationships, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for continuous improvement.
