Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience (healthcare experience a plus)
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR), preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee relations
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across a growing healthcare organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and minimize organizational risk
  • Partner with our recruitment consultant to execute hiring strategies
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience
  • Support workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures
  • Oversee benefits administration, including insurance and retirement plans (401k)
  • Partner with leadership on compensation strategy and workforce budgeting
  • Oversee payroll processes for staff and providers
  • Foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations
  • Lead performance management processes, including annual reviews
  • Support engagement initiatives and employee development programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and organizational charts
  • Ensure proper documentation across the employee lifecycle
  • Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks
  • Conduct job analyses, compensation surveys, and training programs
