The Human Resources Generalist manages daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance management, employee recognition, training and development and policy enforcement at The Independence Center. This role also provides administrative support, maintains confidential information, and offers guidance on policies to ensure compliance with local and national laws.
