Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
• Managing HR processes including talent development, succession planning, and compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and policies
• Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Supporting change management efforts for organizational projects and transformations
