The HR Generalist plays an integral role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full talent lifecycle: from onboarding and engagement to compliance, program management support, and administrative excellence. Operating in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment, this role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational agility. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders, a strong command of HR practices and processes, and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision and composure. This is a visible, high-impact role that interfaces across all levels of the organization and contributes meaningfully to the HR function's strategic and operational objectives. The position is hybrid-based, requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site, with additional in-office presence as business needs dictate.
