The Human Resources Generalist role provides analytical and conceptual support to HR Business Partners and HR Managers across various HR topics. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes (screening, interviewing, onboarding), assisting in career development (discussing paths, assessing candidates, recommending talent), performing routine HR and salary administration, advising on personnel matters, leading data management tasks (headcount, turnover, SAP audits, job description tracking), and supporting HR projects and programs (investigations, exit interviews, training, employee events). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent management, benefits administration, employee time administration, or payroll
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to engage with people and provide effective solutions
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR processes efficiently
  • External candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for an employment visa or sponsorship

  • SAP experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and conceptual support to HR Business Partners and HR Managers across various HR topics.

  • Assist in career development by discussing career paths, assessing candidates, and recommending talent.
  • Perform routine HR and salary administration tasks while advising managers and employees on personnel matters.
  • Lead data management tasks such as weekly headcount and turnover reporting, SAP data audits, and job description tracking.
  • Support HR projects and programs such as employee investigations, exit interviews, training enrollments, and employee events.
  • Collaborate with training and leadership teams to manage outreach programs and orientation sessions.
