The HR Generalist provides essential administrative, transactional, and compliance support to the HR team. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of HR data, maintenance of employee records, onboarding documentation, and routine compliance activities across assigned affiliates. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in delivering consistent and high-quality HR services by supporting the Director of HR, HRBPs, and Affiliate leaders, ensuring all administrative processes are executed according to Apis HR standards, policies, and the DSE Framework (Deliberate, Scalable, Efficient).
