We provide guidance on HR functions, including policy interpretation, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll support, and leave administration. Position Overview KSOM Human Resources is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist as part of a team who support faculty and staff leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and transitional return-to-work accommodations. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, providing high-quality employee support, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors, and mitigating institutional risk. The Human Resources Generalist administers and oversees employee leaves of absence in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, collective bargaining agreements, and institutional policies, while delivering consistent, accurate, and compassionate service to employees and managers.
