You’ll play a key role in strengthening our people practices, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and helping create a positive and high-performing workplace.

Requirements

  • Previous HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks and adapting in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in HR systems and technology, including ERP platforms, ADP, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Willingness to travel locally for hiring events, career fairs, and visits to other company locations as needed
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for connecting with people and building strong working relationships

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization
  • Partner with leadership to address employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Support benefits administration, including orientations and open enrollment
  • Assist with performance management initiatives, including development plans and performance improvement processes
  • Help maintain a strong, compliant workplace culture aligned with company values and applicable laws
  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders on HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruiting efforts, including candidate coordination and on-site interviews
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed
