The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace experience. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding/offboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of managing the administrative HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role is full-time in person in the Billerica, MA office.
