About The Position

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a people-first culture. This role provides hands-on support across the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training coordination. Requirements

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficiency in communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
• Experience with ADP software.
• Strong administrative support skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate training sessions and support continuous employee development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
