About The Position

Manage human resources programs and services, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations, safety and health, succession planning, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. M maintains accurate employee records in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Partners with managers to address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions. Leads and supports special HR projects by defining objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, organizing information, and preparing recommendations and reports. Prepares reports and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HR data and trends. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information. Contributes to departmental effectiveness by supporting new initiatives and continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR processes

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing, service, or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and strong organizational multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional decorum.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is highly desirable.
