About The Position

Gordon Feinblatt is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This position reports to the Human Resources Director and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR functions while supporting our firm's commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or HR certification a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA).
  • Experience with Paylocity, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the firm.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a supportive team player.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and track HR data, metrics, and reporting to support organizational decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records & manage the HRIS.
  • Assist with the management of full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, firm policies, and legal industry requirements.
  • Serve as an HR point of contact for personnel, providing guidance and addressing routine inquiries.
  • Assist with policy development, audits, and HR projects.
  • Perform additional HR responsibilities as needed.
