About The Position
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Generalist. Ideal candidates must have 1 year of related experience (internships considered), end-to-end recruiting exposure and be tech savvy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in a HR related role (1 year minimum, internships included)
- Critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with HRIS support including testing and implementing enhancements
- Provide administrative support to a global talent acquisition team
- Support special projects with administrative support
- Ensure global compliance, security and data privacy standards and reporting for the talent acquisition system
- Analyze system functions, analytics, and tools to identify gaps and opportunities
