Location: Staunton, Virginia – In Office Your Responsibilities: Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Develops policies and procedures for and supports the Foreign National employees as a business partner. Maintains records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting and Affirmative Action Plans. Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. Researches training programs, as requested by managers or as required for Corporate-wide training. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Administers performance review program for the groups/departments to which incumbent is assigned, to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program for the groups/departments to which the incumbent is assigned, to ensure compliance and equity within organization. Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews for the groups/departments to which the incumbent is assigned, to determine reasons behind separations. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Requirements
