HR Generalist TerraPower is seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to support our growing and dynamic team. The HR Generalist (Operations) supports the execution of core HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring HR programs, systems, and documentation are administered efficiently and in compliance with company policies. This role partners closely with the HR Operations Specialist to support onboarding coordination and serves as a backup for onboarding processes. The HR Generalist also supports HR programs administration, HR systems and data management, compliance activities, and employee support while working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Recruiting, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective HR operations.
