The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team and function. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring that HR processes are executed consistently, accurately, and with a high level of care. This role supports a wide range of HR functions: including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, HR systems, and general employee support, while also providing operational support to the hiring process in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager. The HR Generalist will help ensure that Human Resources and hiring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on both employee and candidate experience. This role is in-person 3-4 days/week with opportunities for remote work 1-2 days/week. This role requires schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends, with autonomy to manage work hours accordingly.
