About The Position

As an HR Generalist, you play a critical role in supporting people operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are a key member of the site's Talent Management team, delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional service to our associates at all stages of the employee life cycle. You Will Coordinate engagement and retention activities Administrate benefits enrollment process and FMLA procedures Process payroll and attendance tracking accountability Collaborate with site leaders to address staffing needs Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal legal requirements You Have Ability to work flexible schedule to support business needs Service oriented, process driven and team focused leadership style Strong interpersonal communication skills 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a production manufacturing environment. High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or Professional HR Certification is preferred. Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedule to support business needs
  • Service oriented, process driven and team focused leadership style
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a production manufacturing environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional HR Certification is preferred.
