The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Human Resources Manager and be a critical part of the HR team, contributing to the development of tools and processes for a growing business. This role involves further developing orientation training for new employees to ensure they are well-informed about their jobs, culture, and team standards. The Generalist will also be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate employee records, including security and badge requests, tracking authorized drivers, and updating licenses and certifications, ensuring information is accessible for management and audits. With the company in the process of selecting a new HRIS system, the Generalist will have the opportunity to shape company processes and systems.
