We serve clientsin finance, healthcare, staffing, transportation and other high-stakes industries. We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist at our corporate office in Clifton Park, NY. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, exceptional communication skills and 2 years of Human Resources experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills in order to support our employees.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn payroll systems, HRIS platforms, proprietary applicant portal system and reporting tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Lead all recruiting efforts.
Support the pre-employment hiring process, including overseeing background checks, and onboarding documentation.
Respond to general personnel, payroll, and benefits questions from employees.
Coordinate benefits administration – enrollment, changes, leave, and communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, and coordinate employee training.
Manage leave administration in partnership with leadership as applicable.
Track and maintain compliance items, required postings, I-9s
