PHR or SHRM-CP preferred Experience with an HRIS programs preferred Able to handle multiple priorities Able to work independently Possess excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and be able to multi-task Must have experience in ATS and payroll systems, Oracle Recruit, Kronos, UKG Dimensions What you'll be doing... Payroll Administration Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. Performs benefit administration duties to include enrollment, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees. Responds to employee relations issues in partnership with the appropriate line manager/supervisor. Participate in recruitment activities (i.e., career fairs, open houses, etc.) Oversees full cycle hiring; including recruitment, onboarding paperwork, and new hire check-ins for assigned population. Manages Relias training to ensure compliance. Assists with hosting New Employee Orientation to create a welcoming and hospitable environment. Assist with FMLA, Work Comp, and ADA as needed. Hosts employee events (i.e. summer picnic, fall fest, employee celebrations etc) Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned by HR Director. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or 3-5 years HR experience.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess excellent communication skills
