They help maintain smooth operations and foster positive relationships with Fortune Bay Resort Casino and Bois Forte Development Corporation team members through employee engagement, data collection, reporting, and effective communication. The incumbent reinforces consistent application of policies and procedures across all HR functions. Success in this role means: completing daily responsibilities accurately and on time, communicating effectively with team members, leadership, and frontline staff alike, demonstrating adaptability across multiple HR functions, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
