Under the direction and supervision of the Manager, responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for exempt and non-exempt positions throughout the Agency, ensuring the use of considerable skill in interviewing techniques, good knowledge of all functions, a basic understanding of the Agency’s organizational structure as well as good understanding of human resource policy and procedure and federal and state laws governing employment practices. Also ensures that the Agency credentialing program meets performance and procedural objectives and that credentialing functions are carried out. Work closely with HR team and support all functions as needed to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department, including functions not specifically listed below.
