This is a dual-impact role where you’ll be the heartbeat of our office while also driving key HR initiatives—from onboarding and compliance to employee experience. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in office management, HR, or a blended role
  • Experience in a small to mid-sized company
  • Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (compliance, onboarding, employee relations)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience supporting leadership in a scaling company
  • Exposure to payroll and benefits administration

Responsibilities

  • Keep the office running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
  • Manage vendors, supplies, and facilities
  • Be the go-to person for all office needs
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Maintain a clean, energized, and engaging workspace
  • Own the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and changes
  • Maintain employee records in BambooHR
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Partner with leadership on HR policies and best practices
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
  • Support hiring managers with recruiting workflows
  • Deliver a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience
  • Assist leadership with administrative needs
  • Support reporting, process improvements, and special projects
  • Maintain internal documentation and policies
