The Human Resource Generalist will support the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This individual will direct the planning, development, implementation, and administration of all Human Resources programs and projects. Will help coordinate strategic planning with Executive Management to achieve long-term success regarding staffing and its management. This individual will drive and support our CORE Values and positive work culture.
