About The Position
The Human Resources Director manages, leads and facilitates all of the human resource functions for the El Paso Children's Hospital in accordance with applicable policies, practices, laws and regulatory agency requirements. Leads and manages Human Resource practices, programs and processes ensuring effective implementation and communication of activities within the organization. Provides support and guidance to Hospital officials on Human Resources best practices, innovations, and legal parameters. Works as a liaison with El Paso County Hospital District on appropriate contracted human resource services.
Requirements
- Five years of Human Resource management experience.
- Experience in leading development and implementation of Human Resource programs required.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
Nice To Haves
