Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking a HR Data and Payroll Specialist at our Home Office in Roseville, MN. The Human Resources Data and Payroll Specialist is responsible for centrally managing and monitoring HR data workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of new hires, terminations, and employee position or compensation changes in accordance with PHS policy and regulatory compliance. This role serves as the first-line reviewer of HR transactions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance before final processing. The specialist coordinates with Site HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and HRIS teams when discrepancies arise or when changes may have downstream impact.
