Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks an HR Data Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This role is hybrid, but you must be able to report into the New York City (SoHo) headquarters. Reporting to the Global Director of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations, the HR Data Analyst will support the Human Resources team with all reporting and analysis to assist with tracking to team KPI’s, monitoring the state of the employee population on a local, national and global level and assist with maintaining compliance within the HR Operations function.
