Position Summary The HR Analyst serves as both the administrative backbone of the HR department and a data-savvy professional who tracks HR information. This role is the first point of contact for employees on routine HR matters and manages HR systems, records, and reporting. The HR Analyst ensures all HR data is accurate and works to digitize workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and training. The role also includes full responsibility for internal credentialing and privileging per FTCA guidelines and supports insurance credentialing in collaboration with the billing department.
