About The Position

The Temporary HR Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of core HR processes during a temporary coverage period. This role focuses on HR operations, data accuracy, and employee support while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of HR coordination experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Full-cycle payroll processing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in employee relations, onboarding, and human resources generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of FMLA and retirement benefits.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with Payroll/Finance.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and compliance records.
  • Maintain personnel files.
  • Support onboarding logistics and documentation.
  • Process employee status changes (new hires, transfers, terminations).
  • Assist with offboarding coordination and documentation.
  • Support audit preparation and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure HR records meet internal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and HR communications.
  • Assist HR team with ad hoc operational tasks.
