About The Position

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR Work Location: INCATech Office ONSITE, Reston VA INCATech is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide full-time support to executive leadership on-site at our Reston, VA office. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for: RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates Support performance management processes and maintain employee evaluation records Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct and document investigations related to employee relations issues Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Coordinate employee training and development initiatives Administer benefits programs and support annual open enrollment Maintain Paycor HRIS and ensure accurate employee data and documentation Generate HR reports and metrics as needed Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Related Experience: Self-motivated, well-organized, strong interpersonal skills, attention to details. 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources (at least one position/internship) and preferably up to 1 year of experience in the recruiting process Experience coordinating or interest in employee benefit plans, recruitment, and compensation plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (STRONG preference for experience with Paycor HRIS). Requirements
