About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Function, ensuring a smooth execution of HR processes and providing exceptional service to employees and managers. The ideal candidate is one who is flexible, resilient, highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to build a career in HR.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of human resources experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP HRIS preferred
  • Certifications for Human Resources preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures, benefits and processes.
  • Support recruiting with background checks and managing pre-employment requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, technology set up and orientation logistics
  • Manage ADP from front to end with ensuring accurate data such as but not limited to employee status changes on the HR level including promotions, resignations, terminations and other like processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems, including organizational charts
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits and compliance documentation
  • Support communications regarding company policies and update any important information to employees through various channels.
  • Maintain our employee facing HR SharePoint page
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and surveys
  • Maintain the HR engagement calendar to ensure timely planning and execution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Help prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
  • Keeping up to date with labor law posting requirements at all offices.
  • Ensuring proper I-9 documentation and management
  • Support payroll processing through data entry and verification of changes (new hires, terminations, compensation changes).
  • Support HR Generalist with benefit enrollments, changes and general questions
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining employee communication and follow up as it relates to tracking leaves, and other tasks as needed.
  • Manage our HR calendar of key events throughout the HR cycle
  • Keep the team organized by tracking key project timelines and deliverables
